Ms See E’jin
Director, Faculty Engagement and Value Proposition Development Office, National University of Singapore

E’jin joined the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2014 and currently heads the Faculty Engagement and Value Proposition team within the Development Office in NUS. Her primary role involves enhancing the fundraising capabilities of the Faculties and Schools in the University, creating donor-centric giving propositions, piloting new donor segments, as well as providing strategic support to advance gift discussions.

Prior to NUS, E’jin was with the General Electric (GE) Capital business for 5 years. She was the first Experienced Commercial Leadership Programme (ECLP) member within the company’s Commercial Finance business for ASEAN, where she undertook a variety of sales, marketing and risk responsibilities during her 2 years on the programme. She was subsequently the Vice President for Strategy & Marketing for GE Capital Asia Pacific based in Singapore.

E’jin started her career with the Singapore Economic Development Board where she spent 3 years focusing on developing the environmental technology sector in Singapore. Subsequently, she joined Sembcorp Environmental Management, a member of the SembCorp Industries Group, as a business development manager for 3 years assisting in the company’s expansion to new markets, primarily in China and the Middle East.

E’jin graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Environmental Engineering) from the University of Melbourne in 2000 and obtained her MBA from INSEAD in July 2008.
