Mr Daniel Gluck is a Consultant/Attorney in private practice focusing on contracts, license agreements, intellectual property, mediation and arbitration, and project development, especially in the areas of clean energy research, UN operations, economic development, humanitarian aid and human rights.

Daniel was previously the Name Principal in Londa & Gluck, LLP, a private intellectual property law firm with an international practice. Prior to that, he was an Associate Attorney with Schulte Roth & Zabel, LLP in litigation of complex and multi-district commercial disputes.
Previously, he was a community organizer and non-profit founder of organizations that advocated for legislation converting an investor-owned electric utility into a rate-payer owned utility. Some of his other projects included negotiating agreements for the clean-up of toxic waste sites, as well as designing international conferences, educational simulations and programs on legal and economic issues, the transition to free market systems, and forms of dispute resolution.

He graduated from Harvard University with BA cum laude in 1983 and subsequently from the Georgetown University Law Center with JD cum laude in 1991.
