Mrs Constance Koh was a Director (Operations) in the Development Office of the National University of Singapore from 8 May 2012 to 31 August 2017. As a Director of Operations, Constance managed the functions of gift finance, gift processing, policies, processes, compliance, risk management, information technology support and services and office administration.

Prior to joining the University, Constance was the Finance Director of Lum Chang Holdings Ltd and L.C. Development Ltd ( now known as AF Global Ltd), both of which are public companies listed on the Singapore Exchange Ltd. She was responsible for the finance and corporate affairs of the two listed companies covering all financial matters, corporate governance, tax, legal, corporate communications and internal audit from 1975 to 2010.

Since August 2011, Constance also serves on a pro-bono basis as a Director on the Board of School of Arts, Singapore's first pre-tertiary specialised arts school. She is also an independent non-executive Director of two other public listed companies in Singapore, namely Japan Foods Holding Ltd since September 2011 and SBS Transit Ltd since May 2017.

Constance graduated from the then University of Singapore in 1975 with a Bachelor of Accountancy Second Class Honours degree. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (formerly known as Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore) and a member of the Institute of Directors in Singapore.
