Mrs Constance Koh is a Director (Operations) in the Development Office of the National University of Singapore, a position she assumed since May 2012. As a Director of Operations, Constance manages and oversees the functions of gift finance, gift processing, policies, processes, compliance, risk management, information technology support and services and office administration.
Prior to joining the University, Constance was the Finance Director of Lum Chang Holdings Ltd and L.C. Development Ltd, public companies which are listed on the Singapore Exchange Ltd. She was responsible for the finance and corporate affairs of the two listed companies covering all financial matters, corporate governance, tax, legal, corporate communications and internal audit for 26 years, from 1975 to 2010.
Since August 2011, Constance also serves on a pro-bono basis as a Director on the Board of Singapore Arts School Ltd, a Singapore government educational institution and also sits on the board of Temasek Education Foundation. She is also an independent non-executive Director of another public listed company in Singapore, namely Japan Foods Holding Ltd since September 2011.
Constance graduated from the then University of Singapore in 1975 with a Bachelor of Accountancy Second Class Honours degree. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (formerly known as Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore) and a member of the Institute of Directors in Singapore.
